Kevin Copeland hit an ace on (temp) hole 18 (approx 250 ft) with a skip shot off the icy hillside, which earned him $128 from the acepool (donated back) and a pair of tickets to a St Louis Blues game as the CTP prize for that hole.
Why your Ice Bowl was the most fun, the weirdest, the hardest-to-play, a strange or exotic format, etc.?
BYOP Doubles format with unlimited mulligans and CTPs on every hole valued at $50 or more each.
Was the weather particular memorable or challenging? Tell us about it.
It snowed nearly a foot the weekend prior, but thankfully due to a warmup and some rain the day before, a majority of it had melted. Hole 16 was frozen from being packed down from all of the sledders the week prior and it refreezing after melting a bit the day before. This resulted in a challenging hillside that resulted in many players parking their shot, only to see the disc slide 60-80ft down the hill (which may have helped out the mulligan total a bit).
