Why your Ice Bowl was the most fun, the weirdest, the hardest-to-play, a strange or exotic format, etc.?
Our ice bowl was a BYOP sanctioned doubles in the beautiful mountains of West Virginia. The past few weeks as much of the country, WV has received a ton of snow and sleet which put about a 2 inch thick layer of ice underneath the snow. That didn’t stop our community for coming together and play for a great cause. We were able to raise $3450 for our local food bank that will turn that into 31,050 meals for the less fortunate!
Was the weather particular memorable or challenging? Tell us about it.
As mentioned previously, the 2 inch sheet of ice and 15-20 mph winds along with the mountains of Wv made this a challenging but fun ice bowl!
